I would run fast and far. I’ve been a raid leader in some capacity for the last couple years. I’ve been a guild officer and a sounding board for a couple guild leaders in a couple guilds as well.
What did I learn?
#1 AND MOST IMPORTANT.

Healers totally make better raid leaders. As a tank I’m watching boss cooldowns, my cooldowns, my threat, and boss crotch. I have little to no clue what the ranged are up to half the time.
You need to be a certain type of person to want to be an officer in a guild, much less a guild leader. I hope for whatever sanity you have, that you are one of those types that thrive in a guild leadership role.
Me personally… guild leadership oneshot my will to live.

Guild Leader isn’t for everyone… but I hope it’s for you! Just threaten to sing a verse of Party in the USA if people don’t do what you want. They’ll be changing their tune right quick!

In a different game, I once got promoted to guild master… however it was without my knowledge, really. I seem to always be the last to know these things, one day I log back in, and behold, Ive been guildmaster for 2 days. Seriously people what the hell.
